Last Friday we witnessed increased settler violence in the occupied territories. A group of masked settlers, armed with stones and an ideology of hate, attacked Palestinian farmers from Burin village. The Israeli activists accompanying the farmers were not saved from getting badly beaten up either.
The attack is the daily reality of Palestinians living under the military occupation. We would have not even have heard of the event had it not been filmed.
This week, we are inviting people raise awarness in Israel to what's happening in the occupied territories. We will be putting up posters in dozens of towns and will call the public to come and see for themselves the reality in the Palestinian village of Burin in the occupied territories.
Will you support us? Every 15dollars will enable us to display 5 more posters!
The poster says: If I were a tree in Burin, settlers would have burned me. Do you oppose settler violence? Come to a work day in Burin on the 4/2.
