In the city of Eilat, "Egged Eseiim", a transport company owned by "Egged" (Israel main public transport operator) is providing buses lines all day long and 364 days a year - but this second to none services is open only for employees, 8,400 employees from 69 businesses in Eilat.
I'm conducting a legal process in order to open this and such services for the general public and tourists without discrimination and I'll be very thankful for any donation as the legal expenses piling.
So far I was rejected by the District Administrative court in Beer Sheba so I've filed an appeal to the Israeli supreme court.
I'm strongly in the opinion that the appeal is just and well legally based, and should it will be accepted - it will advance without precedent the situation of the public transport all over Israel.
"I refuse to be a second class citizen" as i declared during the court session, and there for and despite the high cost of it I'm proceeding with the legal struggle - but it has a cost,
