Early Friday morning, November 28th, Yedidya, a company commander in the IDF's elite paratroopers reserve unit, led his company on an operation in Syria. During the operation, Yedidya was severely injured. He has undergone two successful surgeries and will remain in the hospital for an extended period while he recovers from his severe injuries.
