Urgent! The Israel Police, under the direct guidance of Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, informed us of the cancellation of the rally and march we organized for the evening of 11.1.24 in Tel Aviv calling for Israeli-Palestinian peace and security. After a week and a half of contacting the police, submitting the requests legally and working with lawyers - the police informed us that calling for peace in the public space could incite the public and create violence, and that they had no way to protect us this evening.

We are not going to give up. Not about our call for Israeli-Palestinian peace, the only thing that can bring us security, not about our right to demonstrate and raise our voice and not about the role of the police - to allow us freedom of demonstration and expression. Next Thursday we will hold our event and it will be even bigger and more powerful. For that to happen, we need you with us: in the coming week we will petition the high court, run huge publications on radio, newspapers and TV networks, and every donation will enable us to do this with more power.
