Mishmar-David is a privatized kibbutz located in central Israel only 24 miles from Gaza. On October 7th, we woke up to the sound of sirens. we are all aware that we must stick together as a group and defend ourselves. We began getting dozens of assistance requests within 24 hours. Our neighborhood swiftly put together a structure that will enable us to address all of these needs. 1. Support Our Soldiers 2. Protect Our Community 3. Support Community Wellbeing We have personally poured all available resources into these efforts but we are unable to sustain them indefinitely.
