I have chosen to help Israeli lone soldiers for my Bar Mitzvah project. Lone soldiers deserve extra support while serving in the Israeli army as they do not have their families nearby. In order to personally thank the lone soldiers, my family and I will be hosting a pizza party for them as part of my Bar Mitzvah celebration in Israel this December.
In lieu of gifts, please consider making a tax deductible donation in my honour to the Lone Soldier Center, dedicated to meeting both the physical and social needs of lone soldiers. In this way, these soldiers will know that they are in our hearts and minds.
