Our Mission

We are a unique, global, victim-centered legal initiative working to ensure that those responsible for the October 7 atrocities — and those who fund or enable them — are brought to justice.

Grounded in the legacy of the Nuremberg and Eichmann Trials, our work affirms that justice is essential to making “Never Again” a reality.

We provide pro bono legal representation to 480+ victims- survivors, those murdered, hostages, and their families. They represent 20 different nationalities and 20 locations where atrocities were intentionally and systematically committed. Our action for accountability in international and domestic courts is to pursue truth, justice, reparations, and the long-term prevention of future crimes. We will NEVER GIVE UP.

We do what the State cannot do. Throughout 2027, 1,550 additional victims will receive our unmatched, expert legal representation, and we are rapidly scaling up to meet the urgent need for justice. 

The ACTION we began, independently, regardless of politics, from October 2023, is having its effect. War Crimes Prosecutors in the U.S., Germany, The Hague, and France acknowledge our crucial role in ending impunity. What We Do

• Represent Victims before specialized antiterrorism/international crimes Prosecutors (US, France, Germany, ICC, Israel)

• Serve as Co-Counsel in groundbreaking civil lawsuits including against corporate entities

• Bring survivor testimony directly to war crimes prosecutors

• Bring expertise and promote policy on sexual violence, digital accountability and how to prosecute perpetrators fairly (Israel)

• Collect, Preserve, analyze, and channel evidentiary basis from Survivors, Israeli authorities, and Expert Civil Society through Strategic Partnerships

• Advocate globally for victims’ rights and accountability, independent, non-political, and under universal values for UNCONDITIONAL HUMANITY

Our International Reach

Based in Israel, we operate across multiple legal systems to bring justice globally so that crimes against humanity cease NOW and that there is no safe haven for perpetrators.

We engage with the International Criminal Court, U.N. mechanisms, and work directly with war crimes prosecutors worldwide.

We represent victims in Israel, the U.S., The Hague, Germany, France, and beyond — ensuring that justice truly knows no borders.
