Our Mission
We are a unique, global, victim-centered legal initiative working to ensure that those responsible for the October 7 atrocities — and those who fund or enable them — are brought to justice.
Grounded in the legacy of the Nuremberg and Eichmann Trials, our work affirms that justice is essential to making “Never Again” a reality.
We provide pro bono legal representation to 400+ victims- survivors, those murdered, hostages, and their families. They represent 20 different nationalities and 16 locations where atrocities were intentionally and systematically committed. Our action for accountability in international and domestic courts is to pursue truth, justice, reparations, and the long-term prevention of future crimes. We will NEVER GIVE UP.
We do what the State cannot do. We have 40 days to onboard our (pro bono) clients to 5 different lawsuits against terrorism infrastructure — also straining Hamas capacity to keep hostages in Gaza. In 2025, 1,550 additional victims will receive our unmatched, expert legal representation, and we are rapidly scaling up to meet the urgent need for justice.

We operate across multiple legal systems to bring justice globally so that crimes against humanity cease NOW and that there is no safe haven for perpetrators.
We engage with the International Criminal Court, U.N. mechanisms, and work directly with war crimes prosecutors worldwide.
We represent victims in Israel, the U.S., The Hague, Germany, France, and beyond — ensuring that justice truly knows no borders.
