Tzevet Mikey is a program of The Lone Soldier Empowerment Foundation (registered non-profit 580674547).

Tzevet Mikey is the only completely free pre-army training program, run exclusively by volunteer former Lone Soldier commanders and special forces operators, open to both men and women looking to draft into the IDF. 

Tzevet Mikey runs year-round, rain or shine, at minimum three times a week. Our  professional and experienced instructors incorporate their real-world experience into a training routine that has been specially developed for this program, with the  unique needs of our participants in mind. 

Tzevet Mikey's primary objective is to give our trainees a concrete advantage during their service in the IDF. By simulating real-life military conditions, we help them learn army norms and regulations, improve their Hebrew language skills,  increase their combat fitness levels, work on their leadership and teamwork abilities, build confidence in themselves and, most importantly, form a community with a strong sense of camaraderie and brotherhood. 

In addition to the free bi-weekly training sessions, Tzevet Mikey offers 6 monthly ulpan (spoken Hebrew) classes together with 2 monthly educational lessons to our participants.

Beyong that, we offer special events  such as grueling special forces tryout simulations, IDF style stretcher hikes, Krav  Maga lesson, multi day navigation seminars in the field, nutrition & fitness lessons,  as well as emotional support, mentorship, and advice during and after our participants  service in the IDF.  

The program’s success has been proven, with trainees representing Tzevet Mikey  throughout the IDF including in Search & Rescue, Border Police, Combat  Engineers, Infantry, Airborne, Forward Reconnaissance, Commando units, and  Tier I units, as well as in various non-combat roles.  

How much do the participants in our program pay in order to receive all of this? Absolutely nothing, They pay by committing to showing up, working hard and by yearning to learn.

Above all else, we hope to create a stronger Israel by forming a stronger Lone  Soldier community and by supporting true Zionists at the start of their journey.
