Since the brutal assault by Hamas on Israel's southern communities on October 7th, over 25,000 foreign agricultural workers have abandoned Israel and returned to their home country (some were murdered on October 7th and others were taken hostage). In addition, 360,000 Israeli men & women have been called to reserve duty. There is a human capital shortage and agrciultural crisis. We are coordinating teams of volunteers from the USA to travel to Israel for 10-30 days each and work in its agricultural fields. Each volunteer will have a tremendous impact on Israel's agricultural sector and play an active part in helping it weather this trying time.
