A therapeutic cooking workshop for IDF reservists – a 6-hour couples’ session where participants cook with beer, wine, or whisky, explore local ingredients, and share a communal meal overlooking the landscapes of Gush Etzion. Created by Chef Sara Black Charm (Health Eat) and Leon Schwartz (Craft in a Glass), the project offers a creative escape for those returning from service.
Donations: 800 ₪ per person, 1,600 ₪ per couple, 7,000 ₪ half session, 12,000 ₪ full session.

פעילות זוגית באורך כ 6- שעות בה מבשלים עם בירה, יין או וויסקי, לומדים על חומרי גלם מקומיים וחווים תהליך תרפויטי של יצירה וחיבור. הסדנה, פרי שיתוף פעולה בין השפית שרה בלאק צ’ארם (Health Eat) ולאון שוורץ (Craft in a Glass) מתקיים במרפסת הסטודיו באפרת מול נוף גוש עציון. התרומות מאפשרות לממן חומרים, ציוד והשתתפות.
חיילים – 800 ש"ח ליחיד, 1,600 ₪ לזוג, 7,000 ₪ לחצי סדנה, 12,000 ₪ לסדנה מלאה.
