Welcome to the P24 Soccer Project Fundraising!
The girls' soccer team of the Mateh Asher Regional Council consists of 22 girls from northern communities close to the Hezbollah confrontation line. This dynamic team includes Jewish, Christian, and Muslim members, all living under the constant threat of daily alarms and rocket attacks. Many of them know family members or friends whose homes have been bombed or damaged.
P24 “Soccer Project” honors their resilience and supports their healing through their superpower: soccer.
Join us in raising funds to support their journey!
The current situation has great impacted the day-to-day lives of our soccer players.
With the onset of the war on the northern front, training abruptly ceased for a long time. Some of the young players were evacuated from their homes, and some even left the team due to the situation and its impact on them. Most of them have faced significant mental challenges due to the ongoing conflict.
Sports, as always, serve as a means to strengthen, find resilience, and overcome internal challenges. This is the goal of our delegation: to remind them of all these important values and, of course, to kick some goals while they're at it!
During the Soccer Project, the team will travel to San Francisco Area, California and to Chicago, Illinois.
During their time, they will play together, meet fellow soccer lovers, and gather with local Jewish communities.
When you contribute to funding this project, you become a member of Project 24's community.
Together, we create impactful initiatives focused on healing and empowerment, including this project and many others.
Thank you for being a part of making this possible.
