Throughout the ongoing war in Israel, the Blue Bus Hummus restaurant has been tirelessly operating under challenging conditions. Our mission: providing the IDF, first response units, and the remaining residents of Kiryat Shmona and the Upper Galilee with not just hummus, but a sanctuary for rest, revitalization, and a sense of normalcy amid the chaos of war.
For over 160 consecutive days, the Blue Bus has been offering free meals to dozens of soldiers daily. But we can't sustain this effort alone; we need your support to keep going. As businesses closed their doors during the conflict, one beacon of resilience remains standing since the start of the war: the Blue Bus Hummus Place. This local business that has served the Upper Galilee with Hummus for 18 years remained open during the 2006 war and is now at the service of heroes protecting Israel’s borders, from Kiryat Shmona to the Kibbutzim and the villages along the north of our country.
