Following many inquiries received at the association\\\\\\\'s and I\\\\\\\'s Tefilah in the name of Rabbi Nachman Marslav from families orphaned by father or mother as well as from low-income families, we in the association join the families, so we set up a unique project to distribute tefillin to bar mitzvahs.
Every bar mitzvah addressed to us receives at no cost fancy tefillin which these will accompany them for the rest of their lives.
These tefillin will be placed every morning during the morning prayer and they will observe the mitzvah of putting on the tefillin at the height of elegance and perfection.
