While Tel Aviv boasts itself as LGBT friendly, the reality of trans people is similar to that of the gay community 30 years ago!
Trans people are still discriminated against, not fully protected by the law, cast out by their communities and families, and many are marginalized towards poverty and sexual exploitation, causing an alarming figure of %41 of trans people that have attempted suicide.
