Maintaining the resilience of the State of Israel!
Our Father in Heaven, Rock and Redeemer of Israel,
bless the State of Israel,
the first manifestation of the approach of our redemption…
The State of Israel needs you
Our beloved State of Israel, in its 73 years,
has reached phenomenal achievements in all fields:
military achievements, economical achievements,
health advancements, scientific studies,
Judaism, Israeli culture and more.
However, Israel currently faces a great challenge -
Not an external security threat, nor an internal social threat.
Surprisingly, despite Israel’s developments,
the state still faces a huge economic challenge.
The ultra-Orthodox (Charedi) public in Israel is in full bloom.
Their population is rapidly growing,
The world of Torah is expanding,
And the various Jewish communities are multiplying day by day.
This blessed bloom also creates a huge risk to Israel's economic future.
This growing community, does not incorporate secular (general) studies into its curriculum,
and for the most part does not work.
This could become a huge economic burden on our small country.
Hundreds of thousands of people, without skills in English, math and science,
nor basic required education for the world of employment
are something that the State of Israel will not be able to overcome.
Without using the talents and abilities of the Charedi sector
And without involving the Charedi public in economic activity
Israel will be dragged to the level of a third world country.
You can change this reality!
It's up to us to change that!
Now is the time -
We established a Charedi education network (Netzach)
which does not compromise on the study of the Torah
and the values of the ultra-Orthodox community
But adds secular studies
in order to give necessary tools to its graduates
to take an active part in the Israeli economy
and strengthen its economic resilience.
The Netzach Educational Network was established only six years ago
with a class of 14 students.
We grew to 11 institutions (!) with 1500 students
and a virtual school (online studies) with 4000 students!
More and more students are pounding on our doors every year;
the demand is huge.

Support for this project is not a luxury!
This is not a nice project to have.
It is a vital step for the continued growth of Israel
Will we continue to be a light to all nations
and lead in economics and science,
and yes, also in Judaism and the Torah,
or
will we become slowly but surely a backward country.
The numbers today point in the direction of a sharp economic downturn
but with your help we can stop it
and change the decline to incline.
Support the Netzach educational network
which is more than just an educational institution.
It is the catalyst for renewed economic growth
of the State of Israel.
Thanks to your support,
We will raise citizens, with the values of Torah
and with the skills for Derech Eretz.
You, who always stand by the State of Israel on all fronts,
can now strengthen and save it from deterioration.
Your contribution will cause this important and valuable community
to change from dependent to dependable.
With your help they can be a tremendous force.
Do not stand aside!
This is your time to contribute for the sake of the State of Israel.
We want Israel to remain Strong, powerful and safe
for its citizens and for the Jews of all the Diaspora.
Thank you

On a more personal note:
My name is Menachem Bombach.
I grew up in the "Mea Shearim" neighborhood of Jerusalem,
and until the age of 20, I did not know Hebrew. Yiddish was my mother tongue.
Years ago, when I was a young man, a child approached me.
He was a new immigrant from Russia, of whom I was a tutor,
and asked for my help with English homework.
I replied that I do not know English…
The student recognized the embarrassment I was in.
He asked, if not English, maybe I can help with mathematics.
I replied that I did not know math either.
This is where the bell rang.
An entire population, a significant part of the country's citizens,
lacks fundamental knowledge in core subjects
such as English, Hebrew, mathematics, and basic life skills!
Yet, the deeper and more critical problem is that
these young men and women will turn out to be
a considerable burden on the State of Israel.
They will not be able to take care of their well-being and livelihood
because they have no way of learning a profession
and earning a living independently.
When I founded the pre-academic preparatory program for the ultra-Orthodox
at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
for ultra-Orthodox who wanted to study for a degree,
the dropout rate was immense.
The ultra-Orthodox student, who tried to bridge the gap in adulthood,
did not overcome the difficulty.
The gap was too deep, substantial, and painful.
This was when I realized that education for an active life should come much earlier.
There are no shortcuts - Change must come from within!
We, the ultra-Orthodox population, have a personal responsibility to the society we live in
— a community for the community.
The change will only come if we take action now before it's too late.
The ultra-Orthodox public in Israel and its leadership have great difficulty changing their point of view.
They are afraid of the change in the ultra-Orthodox identity we know today.
These concerns are the background to the opposition from the ultra-Orthodox society itself
and why it fails to see the importance of this movement.
We must establish a strong, stable, and modern educational organization.
This organization will educate future generations for a life of holiness and spirit,
and at the same time, prepare them for active participation in civil life.
All this while preserving the ultra-Orthodox identity and community affiliation,
as a society and as individuals.
That's why we set up the "Netzach" (eternity) organization.
A network of educational institutions for excellent ultra-Orthodox students,
who strive for fear of God and love of Torah along with an active life,
at the highest level.
This is a real revolution.
And its greatness lies in it coming from within the ultra-Orthodox society.
The need is great. Every year, more and more students knock on our doors.
The new perception permeates to growing segments of the ultra-Orthodox community.
We must provide a solution to more and more boys, thirsty for knowledge.
These days, we are raising funds to maintain existing institutions
and prepare for more students' admission to the "Netzach" network.
Our challenges include recruiting excellent teachers and educators at a high level,
building buildings and classrooms, and purchasing the right equipment.
These challenges bring us to the amount of 1,500,000$.
Our goal is unequivocally to preserve the ultra-Orthodox identity,
not to change it, and G-D forbid, not to abstain from the study of the Torah.
We strive to raise a generation immersed in the Torah,
who does not compromise its Halachic commitment.
At the same time, we wish to allow them to integrate into Israeli society
and take responsibility for their livelihood and home.
Join us in turning this vision into reality,
in which the ultra-Orthodox community learns and enriches the spiritual and Torah life,
and at the same time - is actively involved in every field,
together with the entire Israeli society.
I invite you to be our partner.
We guarantee the best return on your investment.
Thank you!
