💔 Alevtina. 5 Years Old. Lymphoma. Needs Your Help.

In the summer of 2024, a small spot appeared under the eye of our 5-year-old daughter, Alevtina. We were worried and started visiting doctors. Weeks turned into months of endless tests and scans - MRIs, CTs, consultations with pediatricians, surgeons, ENT specialists.
But no one could give us a clear diagnosis.

Meanwhile, the “little spot” kept growing. By winter, it had become a tumor. Her right eye was almost swollen shut, and a lymph node on her neck was inflamed.
Only after a biopsy in early 2025 did we finally hear the diagnosis:

🧬 B-cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

In Russia, doctors recommended radical surgery — removing the tumor along with surrounding tissue. But the surgery would be disfiguring.
We were desperate to find another option — and by a stroke of luck, we got in touch with Schneider Children’s Medical Center in Israel.

🇮🇱 There, doctors offered a gentle, non-surgical treatment — and it’s already working. 🙏

The tumor is shrinking. The lymph node has reduced in size. We are seeing hope again.

But this journey is not easy: chemotherapy, pain, fatigue, hair loss... all on the small shoulders of a 5-year-old girl.
