Hey,
my name is Yamit, im 22 years old and i live in holon, israel.
A year and a half ago my father went through a stroke which left him 100% handicapped.
My parents used to be independents, work was an inseperable part of their life,
they had a printery for Advertising products that is now out of order since my father is unable to operate the machinery and my
mother is nursing him 24\7.

Everyone who knows my parents know they are good people, israeli patriots who have always paid their taxes on time.
But apparently, in times of crisis we found out we have no one to lean on, no one to help us get through this.
in the last few months ever since the covid19 struck, we all witnessed the economic crisis.
my family and I have been dealing with this kind of crisis for the last year and a half.

Our health insurance does'nt cover proper rehabilitation in a condition like my father's, and social security
is far from providing my family any kind of financial security.
Up until the covid19 struck, me and my 20 year old brother managed to make a living.
friends and family helped us paying for a proper private rehabilitation.

Now, after a year and a half of mental and financial struggles, the inevitable happened and we ran out of money.
Everyody who knows us would tell you that the last thing we would want to do is to literally ask for financial help, but sometimes the circumstances leave you no other option.

My father came a long way,
From a peron who was fed through a feeding tube (Zonda), that was  attached to a catheter, to a person who manages to walk on two legs.
but now, since we had to lower the frequency of his rehabilitation sessions due to our economic state, he is regressing.
The fact that we ran out of money is like a death penalty for my father, it means he would never have Independent life again, Even though he has the potential.

The struggle is genuine.
The lease company is threatning to take our car because we
have'nt paid for it in the last couple of months, if that happens- it's done, we'll have no way of taking my father to rehabilitation.
Our situation has been rough, but the corona virus has turned it impossible.

I ask you, if you could somehow relate or have sympathy, please Share and Donate.
the slightest of donation would make me the largest of gratitude and it would mean the world to us,
It would mean the world to my father.

He is celebrating his 52nd birthday in a couple of weeks,i belive he deserves to celebrate it knowing he has a real chance of staying alive and getting better.
Thank you.
