'Rogea Al HaMayim' {"Calm on the water"} My name is Elran Cohen, and I want to assist a treatment center that has been established. I need your help to continue operating the center.
My vision is: to provide calmness, release, and relief, both physically and mentally, to anyone in need. One of the unique aspects of water therapy is its immediate effect. The movement of the body in water brings it back to the deep memory embedded in the experience of the womb. It takes us back to our natural and safest place, where we find some tranquility, peace, and rest.
In this difficult period, where every person in Israel is looking to do something for the greater good, we at 'Rogea Al HaMayim' have decided to provide our range of treatments free of charge to regular and reserve soldiers engaged in intense combat, survivors of terrorist attacks and disasters, those who have experienced the trauma of war, the injured, the displaced from their homes, the volunteers of ZAKA, the security forces personnel, and everyone who has lost someone dear to their hearts.
Today, we understand the magnitude of the disaster and its impact, and we realize that the required assistance is significant and costly. Therefore, I appeal to you to make a donation, as much as you can afford. In order for us to continue our mission, please help us continue providing them with our time and love.
The treatment we provide is based on the Watsu Shiatsu method, which involves special techniques of massage and release in water. The goal is to offer individual treatment or a series of treatments to those interested in the coming months.
The financial target is 250,000 NIS according to the attached breakdown. The price of a Watsu Shiatsu treatment is 350 NIS for a duration of 50 minutes, and we offer a basic series of 3 treatment sessions to each individual.
Watsu treatments:
- 50 IDF soldiers
- 50 mothers of soldiers
- 50 female reservists
- 15 young adults from the party scene
- 20 couples from the border communities (total of 40 individuals)
- 10 ZAKA volunteers
Total: 225,750 NIS
In addition, we offer parents from bereaved or displaced families to bring their children for private or small group therapeutic swimming sessions of their choice, either for a single session or a series of sessions, according to the attached price list. We understand that in the current situation, where displaced families are living in hotels without a regular routine, it can be difficult for them to commit in advance. Therefore, we kindly request understanding and flexibility in accommodating their needs.

Furthermore, we take into account other situations that may arise (group sessions, pregnant women, etc.), and therefore the proposed framework above is the basic framework. However, if necessary, flexibility will be allowed in adjusting the internal numerical distribution, according to our full menu of services, within the requested budget.

Emotional Aquatic Therapy:
- Private lesson for a child: 150 NIS
- Lesson for 2 children (30 minutes): 100 NIS per child
- Lesson for 3 children (40 minutes): 90 NIS per child
Hydrotherapy:
- Hydrotherapy treatment for a child (30 minutes): 170 NIS
- Treatment for an adult (30 minutes): 190 NIS
- Treatment for an adult (45 minutes): 280 NIS
Watsu Therapy for Adults/Pregnant Women/Water Dance (50 minutes): 350 NIS
- Treatment for 3 women: 950 NIS
- Treatment for couples: 600 NIS per couple
