We can\\'t all be Sean Penn, just grab a camera and go document the atrocities in Ukraine.

But we can all donate- each according to their ability- and protect the brave storytellers who need our help.

A year and a half ago I filmed my first full feature film. The location was Odessa, and I\\'ve met brave Ukrainian filmmakers that did not shudder in the freezing cold and in harsh working conditions as they brought our vision to life.

When I reached out to them after the invasion I was amazed to hear some of them decided not to flee and are pivoting their small production company, Konon Rocks, to documenting the Russian warcrimes.

Under fire and without adequate protection they shed a small light on horrors we never thought possible in our lifetime, as a ruthless dictator swallows parts of their country, bit by bit.

They asked me for some basic protection- kevlar vests and helmets. Any donation further will go towards making their work more effective- comms, drones, and maybe an ATV.

Open your hearts and pockets, and pray that one day we won\\'t need similar help.
