We are still in shock over the sudden passing of Dr. Zev Ballen, zt"l.
We lost a great man. He was a fountain of compassion and Emunah, pouring over all he had to others. He worked day and night counseling, teaching, and working to further spread the important and holy work of Compassion, Acceptance, Responsibility, and Enlightenment through creating and expanding his organization: Project CARE.
He freely gave of his time to people all over the world who greatly benefited from his caring and encouraging counsel.
He was a towering pillar, passionate and focused on his mission of helping others to become a wellspring of CARE to themselves and others. He helped countless people to connect with their authentic holy selves improving not only their own lives but the world.
We turn to you now to please help us help his family, whose sole supporter was suddenly taken away.
If we can join together, we can give great comfort to his wife and children so that they are not alone. They are part of all our compassionate loving selves and in supporting them we are supporting us all.
We can help lift a huge burden off their hearts by coming together to raise funds towards their unpaid debt as much as we can.

To Whom it May Concern,
This past week, the Jewish People lost one of its special sons, Reb Zev Ballen, a psychotherapist whose unique technique was based exclusively on Torah and emuna. As a close friend and colleague, I had the privilege of seeing how Reb Ballen ob"m so profoundly influenced and helped people, enabling them to better their lives in a way they never thought was possible.
At the tender age of 66, Reb Ballen left this physical world in a whirlwind, leaving his wife and children, one of whom is a special soul with special needs. It has come to my attention that a fund for the family is being established by one of Reb Ballen's former students. This is a tremendously important mizva, and anyone contributing to this fund will be following in the ways of the Almighty, Who has special compassion for widows and orphans. What's more, the Gemara promises that those who have mercy on others will themselves benefit from Divine mercy.
With a prayer that Hashem wipes away all tears and hastens the coming of Moshiach and the full redemption, rebuilding our holy Beis Hamikdash in rebuilt Jerusalem speedily and in our days,
