Before the corona pandemic, many Lone Soldiers were granted leave to go visit their families for the holiday and for those that stayed in Israel, the Lone Soldier Center made sure to arrange for soldiers to be placed with host families and hosted seders in our houses. This year, those that will be let off base for Passover will probably stay in their apartments and celebrate the holiday alone or in small groups.
In response to these changes, the LSC has assembled Passover Kits, consisting of cooked meals, matzah, wine, haggadahs, and more. Please join us in making sure that we can reach as many Lone Soldiers as possible this holiday!
