When you open your heart - a new apartment opens for a family evacuated  from the war zones!

Let me introduce you with the "Open Doors" initiative, wherein we provide complimentary housing in new apartments for families evacuees from their homes in the middle of war zones.

Your contribution will assist us in furnishing these apartments, acquiring essential equipment for the families, and covering their costs until they will safely return to their homes.

The vacant apartments are generously contributed by a real Estate developers and construction companies such as: Dania Sibus, Gindi Investments, Tidhar, Yuvalim, Ewave Nadlan, BSRE Real Estate, Brosh, Guy & Doron, Elad group, YG Real Estate Investments and more.

We provide furniture and electrical items from reputable suppliers through businesses and public  donations.

An average apartment kit is valued at NIS 20,000, including VAT. This kit encompasses rent participation (for furnished apartments), a dining area, chairs, mattresses, refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, linens, and covers water, electricity, and gas bills for three months.

Following the conclusion of the war, tenants can either retain the furniture for their new homes or opt to donate it to civilian aid organizations.

To date, we have secured approximately 750 apartments, accommodating 250 families.

Another 3,500 families who have reached out to us eagerly await placement.

Your donation will enable us to expedite the housing process for many more families in just a matter of days!

It's important to note that even smaller contributions can make a significant impact. Open Doors operates voluntarily, comprising owners and teams from entrepreneurial firms in the Israeli construction industry. This initiative collaborates with the World Zionist Organization, with support from the Contractors' Association and Zionut2000
