Who are we?

O7J is public-interest law firm that was established with the aim of leading a unique legal front for criminal, civil, and corporate accountability of perpetrators and accessories to the October 7th atrocities.

⚖️ We provide direct legal representation to 480 victims and survivors, free of charge, including survivors, families of missing persons, kidnapped and murdered people.

O7J is an independent and apolitical body, operating out of a sense of universal responsibility, and relying exclusively on philanthropic donations

🌎 We pursue justice every single day—building evidence, seeking truth from Israeli authorities, and directly engaging War Crimes prosecutors in the U.S., Germany, France, The Hague, and beyond.

We also contribute expertise:

• On investigating and prosecuting international crimes.

• Advancing policy on sexual violence as international crimes.

• Holding corporations accountable for enabling digital violence.

Current and Upcoming Inititaitives: 

• Criminal Trials Against Perpetrators: The first criminal trials are expected to begin in the United States in January, 2027. Trials in Israel are expected top take place in 2028; until then, we continue to engage with and empower Israeli public officials on bylaws that will build the solid structure needed to finalize investigations and prosecute mass atrocities. 

• Lawsuits Against Complicent Entities: O7J has filed a lawsuit against news outlets AP and Reuters in order to hold them and future businesses/corporations liable for actively employing terrorist-journalists that played a role in the planning and actions that took place on October 7, 2023. The hearing is expected to take place in May, 2027. Setting this precedent aims to prevent international corporate entities from contributing to genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and terrorism.

• Truth Project for Victims: With assistance from Israeli investigative and forensic authorities, O7J obtains records and documemntation pertaining to when and where victims were killed so that their loved ones have access to the truth of what happened to them on and/or post-October 7, 2023. Witholding the truth is a chaos deliberately caused by the perpetrators to cause further pshcological harm to victims and their families. Obtaining these records also allows us to build a strong evidentiary base for upcoming legal actions against the perpetrators.

• The ICC Prosecutor requested arrest warrants in May, 2024. By November, our work sustained the only international arrest warrant that recognized Hamas committed extermination, rape, and torture.

• The UN Secretary General officially listed Hamas as an organization weaponizing sexual violence. This finding relied on two UN reports and the ICC warrant that we helped sustain.

• O7J has documented patterns of physical and psychological torture that has impacted 255 hostage and their families, with those affects spanning between two years to a a decade. Eli Sharabi, a former hostage, stated this information recently to the UN Human Rights Council.

Ricarda's words echo the cry of thousands of victims. Since the atrocities of October 7, they have faced not only the original trauma but a wall of denial and institutional  abandonment that threatens Jewish communities worldwide.

 CHF/€60  — Obtaining Records: We can file a request for information for victims and family, because it is their right to the truth. The materials belong to the victims. They will be used in the legal proceedings.
