The lone soldier center is highly significant to me. I have such great admiration for our soldiers who sacrifice and put their lives on the line day in and day out to protect our people. The lone soldiers drop everything they are doing and move out of their comfort zones to a foreign land for the sole purpose of taking a part in protecting our country. While I am thrilled to be running in the Jerusalem marathon for the first time, I am even more excited to be running with this organization.
