My name is Odile Ilani. 

I’m a marathon runner. 

Because I believe that sport is a positive way to show tenacity, dedication, determination, I initiated a few month ago an initiative to bring 20 marathon runners run the full marathon in Larnaka international marathon, displaying T-shirts of the hostages. 

It is hard to run a marathon. But it is much harder to know that 101 hostages are still in a daily life threat under unbearable Hamas captivity. 

We want to show the world we have the determination and we will go all the way to bring them back. 

I bought 20 bibs and gathered a team to run there.

I bought my own flight and booked my own hotel.

But some people of the team can’t afford these expenses, and I need your help to get some money and help them to buy the flight and hotel.

The initiative is not politic. 

It is not a demonstration. 

The marathons runners are people from all Israel. Jews, non Jews. Religious, non Religious. Left, right wing. The only commun point is the wish to have the hostages back and safe.   

The whole initiative is done in partnership with Bring Them Home. We don't want to take money from them. On the contrary, all the money that would be gathered on top of the necessary needs will be sent to the organization. 

Estimation for flight cost, hotels, registration and T-shirt branding are 2000 nis/pers. 

Flight 200$ (800nis) Friday - Sunday.

Registration fees 50$ (200nis)

T-shirt & printing 50$ (200nis) - estimated fees

We would like to reach 40.000 nis to bring as many people as we can and make a splash!
