IsraAID is urgently responding to the severe flash floods that struck Nepal on August 26, 2026, devastating communities in Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts.
Our initial response will focus on mental health and psychological first aid, relief distributions, and addressing critical gaps identified through rapid needs assessments on the ground.
IsraAID has longstanding ties to communities across Nepal, having responded to the 2015 Gorkha earthquake and continued supporting recovery until 2019, reaching more than 600,000 people with protection and mental health support.
