On October 7, a massacre took place in Kibbutz Nir Oz. There is no other way to describe it. A horrible event.

More than 100 terrorists roamed the kibbutz with only the members of the standby squad fighting them. From 6:30 until after 7 in the evening, everyone who was in the kibbutz hid in the shelters quietly as the animals of prey entered their homes, searched for them, and burned their homes down on them. Dozens were murdered and dozens were missing.

On this day, the Conio family lost nine of its members who were kidnapped by the terrorists. Some of the family members returned after more than 50 days, but David and Ariel are still being held captive by Hamas. Along with them is Arbel Yehud, Ariel's partner, who was kidnapped with him on the 7.10 and has not yet returned from Hamas captivity. 

The Cunio family is crushed. It is impossible to describe the pain, difficulty and endless worry that the family members feel.
