The Nevo Dinur family experienced the worst of all, when the late Keren Nevo Dinur was killed in a hit-and-run accident on January 8, 2023.

Keren was a former postdoctoral fellow at UBC. She was not only a great scientist with wide knowledge in biology, she was also the kindest person who always gave to others. As a project manager, Keren led a significant project aimed to bring cure to cancer patients and spread hope for better life.

Keren's whole life was dedicated to helping others. She was a vegetarian, contributed to the rescue of animals, to families in need, worked with children, volunteered, and throughout her entire life, gave to others. Keren was full of light.
Keren left behind two children and a loving husband, who currently cannot work since he has to care for the children. They need every bit of financial help. Let's help Keren's family as she helped our world.
