Dear Friends,

Our dear brother Eli Berko underwent emergency neurological surgery on Thursday night, due to a cerebral hemorrhage and is currently in intensive care at Shaare Zedek.

Everyone who knows Eli knows what a special a person he is. Eli is a young man studying medicine at the Hebrew University and at the same time a creative and talented wedding photographer. He loves to travel, study, spend time with friends and family and we all pray for his speedy recovery. The establishment of a charity campaign for the Leket Israel, a charitable organization that collects food for the needy in Israel, will hopefully serve as a benefit for Eliezer Pinchas ben Deborah Zissel\'s speedy recovery.
