שנים ארוכות מתנהל המאבק הציבורי כנגד הכוונה להקים בלב העמק שדה תעופה בינלאומי. שדה שיחריב את כל מה שאנו אוהבים. את השדות הירוקים, את החקלאות, את החיים כפי שהכרנו.
למרות ההצלחות של השנים האחרונות, בהם החלטת ממשלה חשובה והתנגדות שרים ושרות לשדה בעמק, התוכנית להקמת השדה פה אצלנו ברמת דוד עדיין בעיצומה. צוותי תכנון פועלים מדי יום לקדם את התוכנית להרס העמק.
אנו יכולים לנצח את המאבק הזה. חייבים לנצח אותו. בכוחות משותפים הבאנו לעיכובים והחלטות שלו היו מתממשים היינו כבר נושמים לרווחה ורואים את הקמת השדה בנבטים שבנגב. אך שוב ממשלה התפרקה, שוב שרים מתחלפים, שוב פקידים שעושים מה שהם רוצים.
הגענו עד הרגע המכריע הזה יחד. רבבות של תושבים ותושבים שהתגייסו לפעולות מחאה שהראתה למקבלי ההחלטות עד כמה האבסורד בהרס העמק.

We are starting a crowdfunding campaign to continue the fight to save the Jezreel Valley and need your help.
The public fight against the establishment of an Intl. Airport in the heart of our Valley has been going on for many years now. Such an airport would destroy everything we love. The green fields, agriculture and life as we know it.
Although our campaign has had some success in recent years, the plan to build an airport still stands. Teams are still meeting with the aim of promoting it .
We have come thus far, to this crucial moment together. Thousands of residents have joined hands in protest activities to show the decision makers how absurd it is to destroy this Valley.
Many of you have donated generously to help fund this long and expensive battle. With this money we have hired counselors, applied to courts, organized demonstrations, produced publicity info and campaigns, and many other actions to help this just cause.
Now we are asking you to help once again. This is a crucial time when a decision will soon be made. The committees have finished their job, the plans are ready and one dramatic decision will determine whether the airport will be built in The Jezreel Valley or in the Negev.
We need more funding to continue the fight. To guarantee our voices are heard loud and clear. To make sure we are there, wherever we need to be. To continue advertising and speaking up in the media. To organize protest rallies. All these actions cost plenty. The Valley needs you!
