Hi, My name is Elisheva, but my friends call me Eli. I'm 9 years old, I live in England and I go to a special needs school. I'm running the Jerusalem Marathon to raise money for Krembo Wings in Israel, for children with all sorts of disabilities.

About the Campaign

Hi, my name is Elisheva but everyone calls me Eli. I am 9 years old and I live in England. I go to a wonderful Special Needs school which I love! I have only started walking when I was 4 and a half years old, my legs are still wobbly but nothing stops me from walking, running and enjoying myself.

Last year, when I came to Israel to celebrate Passover with my grandparents, I visited my friend Rutti, she took me to her youth club 'Krembo Wings'. I had the best time ever!!! Even though I just came for one visit, they made me feel so welcome and,  special.

Krembo Wings is the first and only youth club organisation in Israel that caters for children with spcial needs just like me and my friend. It runs entirely on dedicate and enthusiasic young volunteers.

To say Thanks You to Krembo Wings I am going to run/walk (with the help of my mummy) the 800m track in the Jerusalem Marathon on Friday the 21st of March 2014 and I hope to raise lots and lots of money. Please help me say Thank You, and help other children like myself, all over Israel, enjoy this wonderful enterprise.
