Surprise! I am thrilled to announce that I am participating in the Alyn Wheels of Love Charity bike ride for the 23rd consecutive year. I feel incredibly privileged and lucky that I am still able to embark on this journey. Having celebrated my 70th birthday just a few months ago, I cherish every moment and take nothing for granted. I am truly blessed that I can continue to participate in this ride, and it's an honor for me to raise funds for the children at Alyn.
Exactly four years ago, I was diagnosed with myelofibrosis. A half year later, I underwent a Bone Marrow Transplant. Despite the challenges, I am still chugging along and remain determined to make a difference. My goal is to ensure that the children at Alyn Hospital receive the best possible care, enabling them to enjoy life to the fullest.
