It's hard to believe that another year has gone by! For the past 13 years I have the privilege of training and then participating in this very special cause. I thank you for coming along with me, contributing to a worthy organization and giving me such positive reinforcement!
About 3 weeks ago my father, Saul Norman/Zeileg Nosson HaCohen, my best friend, was niftar. As such I am dedicating this ride to his precious memory. Each day when I had the privilege of speaking to him he would ask me, "How was the Weather today? Did you Ride? How many miles did you do?" He was very proud that his son had such dedication to staying healthy and in so doing, also working towards a goal of helping others.
